Didon also known as Elyssa is the legendary founder and first Queen of Carthage. According to legend, she used herself immolated by fire so as not to have to marry the ruler of the Hiarbias places.

Hannibal is a Carthaginian general and politician, widely regarded as one of the greatest military tacticians in history. Amilcar is a Carthaginian statesman and general. Founder of the Barcid dynasty, he is the father of the famous general Hannibal, as well as Hasdrubal and Magon. Magon is the son of Amilcar and the younger brother of Hannibal and Hastrubal Barca.

Olives have been in the DNA of Tunisians since the founding of Carthage by the Phoenicians. According to the legend, it would be Queen Didon / Elyssa, the sister of King Pygmalion founded the city of Carthage. Years of expertise and know-how have come from Carthage.
